How it Works
We’ve been offering our personal chef services in the Turks and Caicos Islands for over 30 years. We can prepare your meals in the comfort of your villa, home or condo and guarantee your experience with us will be memorable. Have a look at our menu options below, and do let us know of any allergies, food preferences, or special requests. We’ll be happy to customize the experience to your family or group's liking.
Menu Structure
As a guideline, you can choose from a sit-down, plated meal or our barbecue options. For a plated dinner, we suggest a pre-selected choice of 2-3 canapés, 1 appetizer, 1 main course and 1 dessert. If you would prefer to have more than one appetizer, main course, or dessert, please select no more than two of each, and then we will need the final count 10 days out (e.g. 3 conch chowder, 3 caesar salad or 4 grouper, 2 steak). Alternatively, for the BBQ option, you can either select one of our suggested menus or customize your own.
Special Requests
Some items are seasonal (Lobster Season is set by the government and is usually August 1 - March 31) and/or may be dependent on your desired location. We are happy to suggest alternatives. Please let us know if you have any special requests (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free etc.) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs by offering personalized options.
Pricing
The price of your experience with us is dependent on the size of your group and your selections. We would love to create a customized quote just for you! Since we're located on an island, it's also necessary for us to prepare in advance to make sure everything is available for your visit. That's why we’ll need your finalized menu selections before you arrive on island.
All catering services will have 12% government tax, 15% catering fee (to cover transportation of food off site and other charges) and 15% service charge (gratuity for staff) added to the food subtotal.
Staff
Quick staff estimate for up to a three-hour event (prices may change depending upon menu, venue, etc.):
2 guests (1 chef): $250
3-10 guests (1 chef/1 server): $400
11-15 guests (1 chef/1 server): $500
15+ guests: Please request an estimate
