How it Works


We’ve been offering catering and personal chef services in the Turks and Caicos Islands for over 30 years! Trust us; your satisfaction is our guarantee. Whether your group has specific allergies or dietary preferences, please let us know and we will tailor the experience to suit your needs.


The price of your experience with us is dependent on the size of your group and your selections. We’re always happy to create a customized quote just for you! Since we're located on an island, it's also necessary for us to prepare in advance. That's why we’ll need your finalized menu selections before you arrive on island.

*All catering services will have a 12% government tax, 15% catering fee (to cover transportation of food off site and other charges) and 15% service charge (gratuity to staff) added to the food subtotal.

Staff

Quick staff estimate for up to a three-hour event:

Chef/Server for 11 or fewer guests: $400
Chef/Server for 12-14 guests: $450

The number of staff necessary will vary depending on number of guests. Please inquire for any higher number of guests.

Tasting Menu


$80 per person++ | 6 guests minimum

We are happy to accommodate any vegetarian guests/guests with special dietary needs

Courses

First Course

Lobster bruschetta
Lobster salad with a lemon mayo and crispy capers

Second Course

Bistro Salad
Mixed greens, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, roasted almonds & fresh mozzarella with a fig balsamic dressing

Third Course

Lobster Bisque (with herbed bread)
Topped with cognac cream, served in an espresso cup

Fourth Course

Blackened or Grilled Caicos Lobster Tail
Served with sweet plantains and vegetable brochettes with fresh herbs

Fifth Course

Homemade Rum Cake
Served with Bambara whipped cream and fresh berries

Lobster season is typically August 1st to March 31st.
